The Story Behind GO Natural@Work
"It all began with hundreds of conversations with HR professionals across Hong Kong."
As a brand consultant for a leading private hospital in Hong Kong, I spent two years immersed in the world of corporate wellness. In countless meetings with HR leaders and business owners, I saw a clear and persistent challenge: they were deeply committed to employee wellbeing but spent enormous time searching for reliable partners. At the same time, I saw their growing mandate to deliver on ESG goals, often struggling to find authentic ways to create positive social and environmental impact.
At the same time, leading my own marketing and PR agency brought me face-to-face with the leaders of incredible NGOs and social enterprises who were desperate for corporate support but struggled to find the right doors to knock on, especially in a tough economy.
I saw the gap. On one side, companies wanting to do good. On the other, non-profits needing support.
GO Natural@Work was created to be the bridge. My mission is to connect these two worlds, creating a win-win where great companies become even better by supporting their people and their community. In addition, we do this by championing the "GO Natural" philosophy to help companies build genuinely healthy cultures and create a positive impact on our society and the environment."
