Dignity Kitchen is a social enterprise that operates as both a food court and a vocational training center, providing on-the-job training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
社企「厨尊」是美食廣場，亦是職業訓練中心，為殘疾人士提供在職培訓及就業機會。
Established in Singapore in 2010, Project Dignity is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through culinary training and employment, helping them achieve self-reliance and integrate into society.
In 2019, at the invitation of the Urban Renewal Authority, Project Dignity launched Dignity Kitchen Hong Kong. Located in Mong Kok's vibrant "618 Shanghai Street" revitalization project, our 6,000-square-foot venue is the world's first food court operated by people with disabilities and serves as a vocational training hub. Since opening in Hong Kong, we have trained over 300 individuals with disabilities and special needs. In addition to our current team of approximately 70 employees, many of our graduates have built upon their experience here to find employment with other organizations.
In recognition of his transformative work providing employment opportunities for the disadvantaged and disabled in Singapore and Hong Kong, our founder, Koh Seng Choon, was named Singaporean of the Year 2024 by Singapore's The Straits Times -The highest honour for a Singaporean.
社會企業「厨尊」2010年於新加坡成立，旨在為殘疾人士提供餐飲業在職培訓及就業機會，協助他們融入社會及自力更生。「厨尊」於2019年應市區重建局邀請來港，進駐旺角活化項目「618上海街」，開設佔地7000呎、屬全球首間由殘疾人士營運的美食廣場「厨尊香港」，該處亦兼為職業訓練中心。「厨尊」自2019年來港至今，已培訓逾300多名殘疾及有特殊需要人士。除目前聘用的約70名員工外，不少學員在累積經驗後受聘於其他機構工作。
「厨尊」創辦人許承俊先生，因其在新加坡及香港等地為弱勢及殘障人士提供就業機會的卓越貢獻，榮獲新加坡《海峽時報》選為2024年度風雲人物。

Hawker for a Day - This team-building event allows participants to experience the challenges of operating a hawker stall as a person with disabilities. Teams are assigned to different stations to complete tasks, fostering empathy and appreciation.
「一日小販」體驗 - 參與者將親身體驗殘疾人士在營運小販攤檔時所面對的挑戰。活動中，參與者將被分派到不同攤檔完成任務。
Catering Services - Our menus and venue setups can be fully customized to meet the unique needs of your event.
