Hong Kong Aquaculture sustainable fish farms allow citizens to enjoy high-quality local seafood at reasonable prices, while also promoting the local fisheries. Its Aquaculture Empowerment Project for Youths with Autism provides training and employment opportunities for young people.

Located in the Yung Shue O fish culture zone in Sai Kung, Hong Kong Aquaculture was founded in 2013 by Alex with a commitment to ethical and sustainable fish farming. His vision is to allow the public to enjoy high-quality local seafood at reasonable prices while revitalizing the local fisheries industry.
In 2022, this vision expanded to include a powerful social mission. In collaboration with the "Autism Life Building and Development Society," Hong Kong Aquaculture launched the "Aquaculture Empowerment Project for Youths with Autism." The program, which received funding from the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) in 2024, provides 18 months of professional training and work experience. To date, it has empowered over 130 young people with autism, intellectual disabilities, and special educational needs.

2022年，這個願景更融入社會使命。「本土養殖」聯同「自閉兒生命建立發展社」攜手推出「自閉青年水產養殖培訓計劃」，並於2024年榮獲「社創基金」資助。至今，該計劃已為超過130位患有自閉症、智障及有特殊教育需要的青年，提供為期18個月的專業培訓及工作體驗。
